Dangerous Goods Multimodal (Air, Road, Sea)

We have designed two courses for multimodal transport.

The first one is specifically designed for companies that consign dangerous goods by air, sea and road and the staff that are required to hold the full CAA Certification (using current IATA Regulations). Also included within this course is an awareness of IMDG and ADR. On completion of these two modules a certificate of training will be issued.

We also offer a second course which is purely awareness with no CAA certification.

Dangerous Goods Regulations require that specific training must be given to any person engaged in the consigning, loading, unloading and the transportation of dangerous goods.

The operator, consigner, and any other person involved in the carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road/Sea/Air Multimodal shall ensure that he and those of his employees whose responsibilities are concerned with such carriage receive training so as to enable them to discharge those responsibilities.

This course covers all the modes of transportation of Dangerous Goods.

The Regulations state that, each employer shall keep a record of any training provided by him and shall make available a copy of that record to the employee concerned.
