Dangerous Goods by Sea (IMDG)

The International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code sets out the requirements to carry Dangerous Goods by Sea in a safe manner to protect personnel, the ship and the environment. The course aims to develop the skills and confidence to use the latest Amendment of the IMDG Code effectively with a clearer understanding of its contents and the obligations it places upon the industry.

The course will provide a practical understanding of the IMDG Code and of the effect that it has on operational safety.
