Can I do my course online?
Yes, we have the facility to have our courses online. You will be able to pause and resume the course as and when you are able to.
How soon will I get my certificate after completing the course?
We issue certificates, as soon as we have clear payment.
We are able to take payment as BACS or by card over the phone.
Certificates/Records of training will be sent to your company as a digital image, this will help by reducing dependency on paper documents, we are protecting the environment and saving the planet’s resources
No need to print:
Your Certificates/Records of training can be either stored in a file located on your hard drive or printed and filed, either way if your Certificates/Records of training are required to be shown to an Authorised person either system is acceptable, Training Link Europe Ltd will retain records if an Authorised person requires further validation.
Self-Printed Certificates/Records of Training:
If you require printed Certificates/Records of training, you can do this by right clicking your mouse or Ctrl + P on your keyboard and select print.
Training Link Print and Post Certificates/Records of Training:
Please contact Training Link, there will be an admin charge to cover postage & printing @£10.00 + vat per Certificate/Training Record.
If my certificate has expired can I still complete the refresher course?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refresher course login if your certificate has already expired. The CAA give no leeway if a candidates training has not been maintained. We recommend that you book refresher courses 2 months in advance, to allow for unforeseen events.
I am unable to login with the login details provided, what should I do?
Please contact our office either by calling 02087516000 or by e-mail. We will need your company name and full name.
Most common issues are that symbol keys are laid out differently for your computer to recognise, or your login may have expired.
How long is the login active for?
Initial logins are valid for 3 months from the date the login is issued. Refresher course logins are valid to midnight of the current expiry date on the original certificate.
How do I complete my CRB? How often should I renew my CRB?
Upon taking any of our Aviation Security Courses, you will need to complete/fill in a Declaration form to confirm you have completed these checks. You can apply for your CRB via the GOV.uk website. We recommend that for best practice candidates should have the CRB check renewed every 3 years.
How long will my certification be valid for?
Certificates are issued for 2 years, less one day. From the day that you began your course.
My company has had a name change, can I have this updated on the certificate?
We are unable to change the company name of the certificate as it remains on the training record. However, certificates for candidates are transferable for employees who have changed company and a new certificate with a company name change is not required. Once the employee completes a refresher course we will be able to update the company name.
